   Chef Angela is a visionary of the culinary arts and founder CEO of Angeline's Gourmet.

   Her expertise, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for Southern Cuisine was developed at a young age growing up in South Carolina, where she was exposed to a variety of foods that started her life- long passion for cooking, which is now her trademark. She began her culinary career at age 18, there after she relocated to Washington DC. In 1999,she dedicated herself to studying the nuances of both French and Classic American Cuisine at L’ Academie Cuisine, a culinary program which has trained some of the best and brightest chefs in the DMV.

   While there Chef Angela achieved the honor of interning at the White House Guest House where she was given the opportunity to work with various renowed chefs'.  After years of culinary training as a line cook, and personal chef, Angela relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she launched Angeline’s Gourmet in 2007.

   After spending time traveling across the United States, Chef Angela eventually landed back in Washington D.C. in 2016.  Angela started her catering business by enrolling in Crossroads Community Food Network, receiving training in dynamic small group instruction, educational courses on certifications for food business, one –on –one mentoring, and connections to a network of local food producers and farmers, and commercial kitchen for catering.
